Meet Nicola

Nicola is an internationally certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach with the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence [ISEI].
Nicola is an experienced manager and coach, skilled in leadership and program development with a special interest in social and emotional intelligence. Having spent the past several years living in Perth, Western Australia, Nicola has recently returned home to Tauranga, New Zealand. One of Nicola's unique skills is an ability to work with people from all industries and of all ages to 'be the best they can be'. She has a wide range of experience, working with seasoned managers, youth and young children. When she is not in the office, Nicola, and her husband Mark, enjoy creating memories with their two young boys.

EQuipped Leadership provides EQ Coaching solutions for clients in New Zealand and Australia. We are experienced in facilitating individual and group coaching face to face, over the phone or via video conferencing programs.
